Commercial Wallpaper Installation in Houston
Type II vinyl, phased schedules, and full compliance paperwork — built for GCs, property managers, and design firms.
A Wallcovering Sub That Holds Your Schedule
Commercial wallcovering fails for predictable reasons: crews that can't scale, materials that arrive late, and paperwork that stalls the pay application. We've structured Collins Wallpaper Masters around eliminating all three. When a project crosses 5,000 square feet — a hotel corridor package, a multifamily amenity floor, an office tower refresh, a multi-site retail rollout — we assign a dedicated lead, lock the material order early, and phase the work so your other trades never wait on us.
Houston-area general contractors and property managers use us because we quote from drawings accurately, show up with the manpower we promised, and close out with zero punch-list drama.
Why GCs Keep Us on Their Bid List
Volume Pricing
Tiered labor rates that drop as square footage rises. On large packages we quote per-yard from your drawings and hold the number — no re-pricing after mobilization, no change orders for things we should have seen.
Fast-Track Teams
Multiple crews deployed simultaneously to hit compressed schedules. Night and weekend shifts for occupied buildings, phased turnovers by floor or wing, and daily progress reporting to your super.
Material Procurement
Trade accounts with major commercial mills let us source Type II 20-oz vinyl at wholesale, verify run and dye-lot consistency, and stage material on site before crews arrive — so nothing waits on a truck.
Compliance
Certificate of insurance, W-9, and lien waivers delivered with the first invoice, not chased for weeks. Crews are OSHA-compliant and badge-ready for occupied hospitals, schools, and secure facilities.
Where We Work
Hospitality — guest corridors, lobbies, and ballrooms, usually on night shifts around occupancy. Office — tenant improvement packages, elevator lobbies, and conference floors across the Energy Corridor, Downtown, and the Galleria. Multifamily — amenity spaces, leasing offices, and corridor packages for new construction and renovations.
Healthcare — waiting rooms and patient corridors in Type II scrubbable vinyl that stands up to hospital-grade cleaning. Retail and restaurant — statement walls and brand environments where the wallcovering is part of the customer experience, installed between closing and opening when needed.
Type II Commercial Vinyl, Installed Right
For high-traffic commercial walls we specify and install Type II vinyl wallcovering — 20-oz-per-lineal-yard, fabric-backed, meeting ASTM F793 Category V durability requirements and Class A flame-spread ratings. It shrugs off cart impacts, scrubs clean without burnishing, and outlasts paint in corridors by years. We hang it over properly sealed substrate with mildew-resistant commercial adhesive, a detail that matters more in Houston's humidity than anywhere else in Texas. Seams are double-cut for a hairline finish, and we wrap outside corners rather than seaming them, so the most-hit edges in the building are also the strongest.
